  • Starting from now through the next week - list days/times where you give us permission to enter.  Note:

    • We need a minimum 4-hour window for scheduling purposes.

    • Use Mon-Fri and starting times from 8am to 3pm.

    • The more flexibility you give us, the sooner we are likely to get it scheduled.  If you have the option to say "Any time is fine" - that's best.

    • Your requested times are not assured - we'll do our best to make it work.  Either way, we'll notify you of the selected time.

    • We are unable to enter a home with unsupervised minors.
  • Pay with a picture of my check or money order

    1. In the future, we recommend Zelle payment instead. It's available on most bank phone apps asd websites and is instant, fast, and free.
       
    2. If you must use check or money order, make it out to Metro4Rent.

    3. Verify that the check is correct & signed and legible.

    4. (a) Use your mobile device with camera to click on the next button and take a picture of the check

  • Save time and money by not buying money orders in the future. Instead, you can bring your payment directly to either Chase Bank or Umpqua Bank and deposit it into Metro4Rent's account without additional costs.

  • Unfortunately banks no longer allow money orders to be deposited electronically. You must bring or mail your paper money order to the Metro4Rent office or you can bring it to one of our banks for deposit (Chase or Umpqua/Columbia)

    Save time and money by not buying money orders in the future. Instead, you can bring your payment directly to either Chase Bank or Umpqua Bank and deposit it into Metro4Rent's account without additional costs.

     

    End of Form 

    • Keep your original check / money order until the payment clears (10 days to be safe).

    • In some circumstances, we may require the original check.

    • After the payment clears, you may destroy the check.

    • Do not re-use this payment - if you re-submit the same payment, it will bounce.
  • When making a deposit at our bank

    • Complete this form immediately after your deposit is made so we know who to credit.

    • Late fees may apply if we are notified after the 4th of the month.

    • Keep your receipt - it's your only proof of the deposit.
