  • Grant Writing Workshop: Learn how to craft compelling proposals, identify funding opportunities, and develop winning strategies to increase your chances of securing grants. This session is ideal for both beginners and experienced grant seekers looking to refine their approach.

    Grant Management Workshop: Once funding is awarded, effective management is essential. This workshop covers key aspects of grant administration, including compliance, financial reporting, and strategies for ensuring successful project implementation.
