    This is an application to be a stall holder at the Multicultural Basketball Tournament

    ⏰ Event duration is 8:30am - 12:30pm

    📍 Hibiscus Stadium, Mt Gravatt, Brisbane.

    MBT is a basketball tournament where heritage representative teams play off against each other for the love of the game and culture. This event will feature 3X3 basketball games and cultural festivities throughout the day.

     

    Stall Holder Agrees To:
    - Ensure there is an attendant at your booth at all times
    - Obtain the appropriate Liability Insurance
    - No sale of food or drink
    - Pay a site fee of $30.00 to the Event Holder 
    - Provide a quality product or service that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel
    - Set up stall in the Mezzanine area, inside the Hibiscus Sports Complex Basketball Stadium
    - Bring your own stall equipment - this must include 1-2 trestle tables
    - MBT sharing photos/videos of your business and products on MBT social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok - images may be used in future on website


    Operations:
    - We ask that stalls set up is completed by 8:30am with operation/ selling from 8:30am-12:00pm
    - Vendors must set up stall in designated spot, according to the map provided by Event Manager
    - Vendors pack-down between 12:30pm-1:00pm


    Safety:
    For the safety of all people, please adhere to the instructions that will be provided to you by the Event Manager prior to the event around setting up procedures.


    Security:
    It is the sole responsibility of the stall holder to ensure that their site is monitored at all times and all valuables are secure. Event organisers will not be held accountable for any loss or damage for any reason to any equipment, personal items or property.


    Restricted items:
    Alcohol is not permitted to be sold by any vendor at the event.
    All promotion or handing out of printed material regarding political persuasion or fundraising is prohibited unless approved by Event Manager prior to event.
    Any vendor who is non compliant with these restrictions will be asked to remove their site from the event immediately and no refunds will be issued. 

     

    Please note: There are limited spots for stall holders available. No gazebos are required. If your application is successful, we will contact you and ask you to make payment within 48 hours. If this payment is made, your spot will be confirmed. If payment is not confirmed by proof of receipt, the next vendor on the waiting list will be contacted.

    Fortitude Multicultural Basketball Tournament will announce your business as an attendee in addition to sharing your business and products on our social media to create interest and hype around the event.

    We anticipate 500+ attendees at this event - the first MBT in Aug 2024 had 350+ attendees
