  • Instructions: Please complete this application to be considered for the Women Rise Collective Cohort 2.

Women Rise Collective is a program designed for seasoned women Executive Directors with a minimum of five years of experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.

This program takes an introspective approach to nonprofit leadership development. Through facilitated learning sessions, participants are guided to examine their lived experiences, deepen self-awareness, and apply key insights directly to real-world leadership challenges. This approach bridges personal growth with practical application, empowering women to lead with intention, confidence, and authenticity.

This is a 4-month, 44-hour program that meets every other week and culminates with a graduation and certificate of completion. Over the four months, a commitment to attend 9 of 10 sessions is required, with mandatory attendance to the graduation ceremony.
