2026 McLean County Fairground Events

1. All overnight camping applications must be approved by the McLean County Fair office. The approval notice must always be displayed on camping unit while on the Fairgrounds.
2. Any changes of the information or names on this form must be reported and approved in writing by the McLean County Fair office each day before camping will be allowed.
3. A $35 per night fee will be assessed for each camping unit using utilities. Registration and payment is required at the submission of this form. The fee provides access to electricity, water, showers and a dump station. Camper water & shower house are available from May through October.
4. An additional $25 per pen/stall fee will be assessed for each horse or other livestock overnighting on our grounds that requires a stall or pen. Pens/stalls can be moved into a barn or setup in our open air arena. 
5. All camping units must be placed in an area designated by the McLean County Fair office. One vehicle per camper will be allowed unless authorized by the Fair office and indicated on the approval notice.
6. All campers are responsible for keeping their campsite neat and clean. All trash and waste must be disposed of in an approved manner. Dumping black/gray water directly on the ground is prohibited.
7. No alcoholic beverages, narcotics, tobacco, or illegal substances of any kind are permitted on the Fairgrounds.
8. No fires of any sort are allowed.
9. Campers are responsible for providing all electrical cords. Extension cords used to distribute power to electrical machines shall be rated a minimum of 20 amps and must contain ground wire. Cords not meeting these requirements shall be disconnected immediately from the power supply and required to meet the standards before reconnecting.
10. No modifying of electrical outlets is permitted. No electrical cords shall cross any roadways.
11. Anyone who violates the above rules or displays undesirable conduct, as determined by the McLean County Fair or security personnel for the McLean County Fair, will be required to leave the Fairgrounds that night.

The McLean County Fair reserves final and absolute rights to interpret these rules and regulations; to amend or add to these rules at any time in its sole discretion; and to resolve all matters in regard to these rules.

In consideration for use of a campsite or facilities located on the McLean County Fairgrounds, I (the applicant) on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, do hereby release and forever discharge the McLean County Fair, McLean County Farm Bureau, Interstate Center, Inc., Birkey's Farm Store, Inc. and any and all of their affiliated organizations, parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, managers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, including injury, death or damage to property, which may occur during or as a result of the use of the Fairgrounds or adjacent properties.
