Level 4
This course is for anyone aged 13 years or older. It allows you to referee at all ages from U12 through to All Age (there are restrictions on which games you can referee in the middle based on your age).
To participate in the Level 4 course, you will need to complete the online training through etrainu. Please follow the steps below carefully:
Steps to Complete Online Training
- Register for the "Learner Registration - Referee" package on PlayFootball. This will grant you access to etrainu. (Approval can take up to 24 hours.)
- Complete the Online Laws of the Game course through etrainu.
- This course can be found in Training Library > Referee Community > Laws of the Game.
- This is a prerequisite for enrolling in the course.
- Once you have completed Referees - Laws of the Game, go to the Training Event tab.
- In the Training Event section, search for the course by date in the calendar.
- To narrow your search, use the Member Associations filter and select Macarthur Football Association.
- Alternatively, you can use the direct course links provided below.
- When you find the Macarthur Referees Level 4 Course, select the course.
- Enrol and complete the payment.
- After payment, the Junior Football Match Official (Level 4) course will be available for you to complete.
- This course consists of four modules: Match Control, Positioning & Movement, Technical Concepts, and Game Management.
- The online training must be completed before attending the course.
- Your place in the course is only confirmed upon completion of the online training.
