The undersigned (each a Participant) agree to participate in the Island Park Fun Run on January 24, 2026 (the Event), each taking responsibility for their personal performance and safety. The Participants agree to hold harmless, the host, sponsors, participating locations, and all others involved with organizing and/or putting on the Event happen (collectively the Organizers) from any damage, harm or other hazard encountered during the Event. The Participants acknowledge and agree the Organizers put together the event but are not responsible for the condition of roads or trails used to visit the participating locations, and that each Participant shall be individually responsible for their transportation, and how their transit may affect other people or property. Participants shall ride responsibly and take care not to cause harm to themselves, others, or propertyduring the event.*
