To marry the formation of businesses with access to resources and services for their growth and sustainability, to ready existing businesses to qualify and compete for contracts and purchase awards from Shelby County Government Procurement.

Opportunities for Expanding Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) and Businesses Owned by Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (SEDIs)

This includes business formation, financial awareness for accessing cash/funding, business infrastructure and operations, sustainability, capacity building, scaling, and succession planning for generational wealth accumulation.
