Support Communities Across Shelby County

With the support of the Shelby County Commissioners, the Workforce Ecosystem Map is designed to identify and provide resources and services for upskilling of the existing workforce, careers for opportunity youth (16 to 24 years old), and education and job opportunities for high school dropouts. It will also address workplace culture integration challenges for new employees, individuals with disabilities, and formerly incarcerated individuals reentering the workforce. The Workforce Ecosystem Map will serve as a "Centralized Information Hub" to consolidate valuable employment and training data for Shelby County residents.
