Please note, as a participant of Bachata Paradise, you may be included in film/photo footage that is the property of Bachata Paradise and may be used in future marketing. If you prefer to avoid any type of photography/videography, please let our team know and they will give you guidance on best practices to avoid being included in any such photography/videography. Please note, however, that MetaMovements has no control over media at Bachata Paradise.
LIABILITY RELEASE

MetaMovements, LLC reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any MetaMovements Cultural Connections travel program. MetaMovements, LLC also reserves the right to remove you from a program in progress if MetaMovements, LLC reasonably determines your behavior is adversely affecting or jeopardizing the health, safety, or enjoyment of your or of other participants.

Without limitation, MetaMovements, LLC is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of or failure to provide, any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from - but not limited to - acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities or any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrie or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, accident, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of MetaMovements, LLC.

PAYMENT POLICIES & INFORMATION
PAYMENT POLICY:

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments for MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs can be made by check (institutional, certified, personal), VENMO, money order, or credit card. If you make payment by CREDIT CARD, a 3% NON-REFUNDABLE processing fee will be added to your invoice. This fee is assessed by the credit card processor NOT MetaMovements. If you would like to avoid the processing fee, please feel free to send payment via check or money order.

All invoices will be sent via email by our vendor, please be on the lookout in your junk or SPAM folder in case it's delivered there.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE & REFUND POLICY:

Requests to change or cancel MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs must be made in writing and sent via mail, fax or email. Receipt of confirmation of cancellation/change notice by MetaMovements is required for request to be valid.

MetaMovements Cultural Connections Travel Programs are subject to charges or modification fees should you cancel or change your trip for any reason:

Cancellation Policy & Fees

There are NO REFUNDS for the MetaMovements Insider Access Package. Please refer to the change policy for additional information.

Change Policy & Fees

Should you need to alter your trip for any reason, MetaMovements will assess a change fee of $75 + any difference in trip cost (if applicable). In the case of modification, it MAY be possible (but not guaranteed) to forward a portion of any payments made to a future program. All change requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine the potential amount of a future travel voucher. The new travel program must be taken/completed within 1 calendar year from date of cancellation trip modification date.

IMPORTANT NOTE

The above charges do not include cancellation or modification charges imposed by airlines for any connecting flights to/from your point of departure to your final destination. MetaMovements is NOT responsible for any charges incurred if you miss your flights.
