Great! Please note there is a 3% transaction fee for credit card purchases. Once you have completed this registration form you will be redirected to our online payment system. If you'd like to pay a portion of your lessons in cash, please pay at least $150 as a deposit on the online payment system and bring the rest to your lesson in cash.
