  • All tenants noted on the tenancy agreement must sign this notice to vacate form. Submission of this form does not guarantee receipt, please await confirmation from your property manager that the form has been received and is correct. 

  • Providing Notice

    To end your tenancy, you are required to give the appropriate notice in accordance with your Residential Tenancy Agreement.

    • If you are ending your tenancy and your lease has expired, or is a periodic lease - you are requred to give atleast 21 days' notice.
    • If your current lease is ending, and you wish to vacate either on or after your lease end date - you are required to give atleast 14 days' notice
    • If you intend to break your lease, you are not required to provide a minimum notice but you will be charged a 'break lease fee' in accordance with your Residential Tenancy Agreement
