Providing Notice

To end your tenancy, you are required to give the appropriate notice in accordance with your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
- If you are ending your tenancy and your lease has expired, or is a periodic lease - you are requred to give atleast 21 days' notice.
- If your current lease is ending, and you wish to vacate either on or after your lease end date - you are required to give atleast 14 days' notice
- If you intend to break your lease, you are not required to provide a minimum notice but you will be charged a 'break lease fee' in accordance with your Residential Tenancy Agreement
