This registration is to be completed and submitted online. Your application will then be emailed to you along with required forms which include signatures and is to be printed and mailed along with a $1000 initial payment to:
All application materials must be mailed with required forms signed and deposit included to complete your registration. Registrations will not be considered complete until all materials are received.
Payment Schedule:
- February 15 - Online registration due. (MN FFA will not guarantee conference spots beyond the first 20 students but will work to add all interested students as spots are available. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-reserved basis).
- March 15 - $1000 payment due (students will not be registered if payment has not been physically received)
- April 15 - $750 balance due. (If students have earned scholarships, only the balance remaining is due)
All questions are required.
Requirements:
- Students must travel with the Minnesota block.
- Students and chaperones will meet and depart for Washington, DC on Monday, June 17 and will arrive home Sunday, June 23. Exact travel details will be made available to confirmed travelers and may include late night or early morning departures or arrivals.
- Students are encouraged to apply for available scholarships with the Minnesota FFA Foundation and Alumni.
- Receiving a scholarship does not register you for the conference - if a scholarship is awarded to a student who is not registered for the conference, students may not be eligible to receive the scholarship.
- The scholarship may not be used as a replacement for the deposit for the conference. Students will not be considered registered until the initial $1000 payment has been received. Final payment is due April 15th.
- Minnesota FFA reserves the right to cancel or facilitate alternative WLC registration if a mimimum number of travelers do not register by the deadline.
