General Information
1. When you receive the ticket/visa copy; we request you check the name spelling and the details. Please report if there are any mistakes or wrong information upon receiving the copy.
2. Local Time: All timings are based on the local time.
3 . Check-in Times: International flights: Check-in at least 4 hours before departure.
4 . Domestic flights: Check-in at least 2 hours before departure.
5 . Required Documents: Ensure you have valid passports, visas, travel, and health documents
6. The decision to grant or to refuse the visa is the sole prerogative of the Embassy.
Visa Responsibility: Obtaining the necessary visa and transit visa is the passenger’s responsibility.
Note: MPQ Travel is not liable for journey cancellations due to visa issues.
Admin/Service Fee: 10% fee for any transactions related to rebooking, reapplying, changing tickets, visas, tours, hotels, etc.
Refund Processing: Takes 60-90 days.
Refund Method: No cash refunds; only travel vouchers are provided, which can be used for other services for the same person or client.
E-Travel Requirement: Required for departure/arrival to the Philippines. (Website: https://etravel.gov.ph/)
