- Please ensure to go out from UAE at least 3 days prior to your visa expiration date to avoid immigration fines & absconding case.
- Overstay passengers are required to pay AED340 for the 1st day and AED100 per succeeding day from the date of expiration of their visa to the Dept. of Immigration.
- On top of the fines, you will also need to pay the absconding fee of AED 5000 + 1000 AED for the removal of absconding status in the event if the applicant is overstayed for more than 5 days.
- Visa processing will take 2 to 3 business days.
- Visa application once submitted and/or applied is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- A copy of the approved visa will be sent to the applicant's email address.
- Visa approval is discretion of UAE Immigration.
Renew your visa seven(7) days before its expiry or exit the country to avoid inconveniences. Rejected applications due to police case applications fees are non-refundable.

Visa processing will take 2 to 3 business days. MPQ will not be held liable for any fines or penalties due to overstaying.

IMMIGRATION RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Zero Overstay Policy, overstay by even ONE DAY will lead to permanent abscondment, blacklisting, and a ban on processing any working /residence visa.
Undertakings
1. I, undersigned, do hereby undertake full responsibility for Mr./Ms. Visitor Name* who come on tourist visa sponsored by MPQ Travel and Tourism, that he/she will leave or change status before the visa expires. In the event of defaulting this condition, I shall forfeit the guarantee and bear all legal consequences I undertake to the overstay fine/s imposed by the immigration.
2. I am solely responsible for his/her travel and fine that may be imposed by the Authorities.
3. I shall be held responsible for all his/her actions and activities during his/her stay in the UAE MPQ TRAVEL AND TOURISM has the right to take legal action against me if visitor activities are deemed prejudice its interests or UAE law.
4. In the event of deportation, I will shoulder all expenses including his/her ticket back to his/her home country. MPQ Travel and Tourism will not be held responsible to all and any deportation expenses.

VISA FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF REJECTED OR CANCEL

IMPORTANT. Please note and strictly comply - All applicants should read the below conditions before signing the application form. Incomplete and unsigned applications will not be accepted.
1. If visa will expire, Visitor will exit the country or change status inside the UAE. MPQ Travel and Tourism LLC shall not be liable for any overstay fees impose by immigrations and by any authorities in UAE.
2. In case of rejection of visa application, no correspondence will be entertained and no visa fees will be refunded and no reasons will be required to be given and any other circumstances such us Document Required or any other Cancellation Request. Visitor or any applicant must comply as per instruction.
3. Visitor or Any Individual entity shall expressly declare fully understanding from the terms & conditions and shall be held responsible for any illegal actions and activities upon staying in UAE. MPQ Travel and Tourism have the right to take legal actions as per UAE law against visitor/applicant.
4. MPQ Travel & Tourism will not be responsible for any fines or penalties that may be imposed on the visitor by the UAE Immigration Authority.
5. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officials. In case a visa is rejected, the visa fee is non-refundable.
