1. SERVICE AGREEMENT
By engaging our visa processing services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. Our company acts only as a facilitator in the visa application process and not guarantee approval of any visa.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
Our visa processing service includes the following:
- Guidance on visa requirements
- Assistance in completing visa application forms
- Document checklist and review
- Appointment scheduling
- Submission assistance
- Follow-up on application status
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Submit all required documents within the specified timeframe
- Ensure documents are valid and authentic
- Attend Embassy interviews or biometric appointments when required
4. PROCESSING FEES
- Visa processing service fees must be FULLY PAID before the processing begins.
- All payments made are STRICLY NON-REFUNDABLE once processing has started.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF VISA APPROVAL
The company DOES NOT GUARANTEE VISA APPROVAL. Approval or denial is entirely at the discretion of the Embassy or immigration authorities.
6. PROCESSING TIME
Visa processing times vary depending on the country, embassy workload, and additional requirements. The company is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS caused by:
- Embassy processing delays
- Incomplete documents from the client
- Government holidays
- Additional administrative processing
Agencies/Applicant opting to process visas through MPQ TRAVEL AND TOURS must comply with all the requirements and timelines.
7. VISA PROCESSING
Must begin at least six (6) months before the travel date (departure) for SCHENGEN;
And three (3) months prior to the departure date for JAPAN, KOREA, CHINA, AUSTRALIA, UK, NEW ZEALAND
8. DOCUMENT RESPONSIBILITY
The client is responsible for the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents. MPQ TRAVEL AND TOURS is NOT liable for rejected applications due to INCOMPLETE. INACCURATE, OR FRAUDULENT documentation.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
If the client cancels the service after processing has started, SERVICE FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Any unused government or embassy fees will be subject to the policies of the respective authorities.
10. AMENDMENTS
MPQ TRAVEL AND TOURS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing the service agreement or proceeding with the visa processing service, the client confirms that they have READ, UNDERSTOOD, and AGREED to these Terms and Conditions.
