EVENT DETAILS: Choose your participation days:

Friday Night | Saturday Morning | Saturday Evening
Expected attendance: 1,000+ festival-goers over the weekend
Outdoor festival setting with live music and high-energy atmosphere

VENDOR GUIDELINES:

Tastings Only – No food or alcohol sales permitted (pre-packaged items and merchandise may be sold with tax collection)
Attendees receive tasting tickets with their passes – you may offer additional samples
Our volunteers can serve your offerings if you prefer to donate without staffing. Bring your own tent, tables, and displays (we can provide tables upon request)

We would love to provide silent auction item(s) (you will be listed and promoted prior to event unless you note otherwise) - IF WE HAVE ONE.Yes we want you to come get video of our dishes or drinks to promote prior to event. (IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE GULF COAST WE MIGHT NEED YOU TO SUBMIT ONE TO US).

CONFIRM YOUR DAY/TIME SLOTS: You can choose one night or both nights for double the fun. We will have live music and talent competition/DJ both nights. You can sell packaged items or general non-food items if you like - you will have to turn in tax money to us as a vendor event.
