CHRISTMAS MARKETS

We are thrilled to announce that we are going to have THREE Christmas Markets at Hoffman Farms Store this season. We have a lot in store from choirs coming to carol, visitis with Santa, Christmas storytimes and a Christmas Tree lighting at the Farm. We hope you can join us!!

Mountainside Market is a juried event accepting vendors based on variety, originality, and quality of goods sold. Vendor selection is designed to provide customers with not only the highest quality of vendors but a collection of vendors who compliment one another in such a way to create a cohesive feel.

We are looking for vendors in the following categories: home decor, vintage, antique, re-purposed, upcycled, clothing and accessories, jewelery, scents and fragrences, health and beauty, art, signs, seasonal handmade items and more.

Once we have received your application, we will review it and notify you by email if you have been accepted into the Market.

We are accepting vendor applications for our 2026 Christmas markets in the Greenhouse at Hoffman Farms Store in Beaverton, Oregon.

1st Christmas Market: November 27-29, 2026

2nd Christmas Market: December 4-6, 2026

3rd Christmas Market: December 11-13, 2026

Hours of the Christmas Markets will be:
Friday, 10-3pm
Saturday, 10-5pm
Sunday, 12-5pm

The only exception to the above time is Hoffmans Tree lighting night on November 28th. We will stay open till the end of the tree lighting which would be between 7-8.

Information about TABLE or BOOTH options:

-If you choose a TABLE space, you have 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep of a space that you can work within. All vendors must supply your own table/chairs and display material. Everything needs to fit inside your 8x5 space as you will be right up against other vendors.

-If you choose a BOOTH space you will have 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep of an area to work within. All vendors must supply your own table/chairs and display material.

-Please NO canopies in either booth or table spaces.

-You are allowed portable walls and any configuration of tables that fit within your allotted space.

Please choose ONE weekend that you would like to participate. If you are interested in participating in more than one weekend, there is an option to be placed on a waitlist if we have vendor space open up.

Location: The Greenhouse at Hoffman Farms Store. 22242 SW Scholls Ferry Rd. Beaverton, OR. 97007

First weekend: November 27, 28, 29 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours for this Market: 10-3 on Friday, 10-7 on Satuday and 12-5 on Sunday. We are staying open longer on Satuday for the farms annual Christmas tree lighting.

-Set up is on Friday, November 27th, 7:45-9:45.

Second weekend: December 4, 5, 6 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours for this Market: 10-3 on Friday, 10-5 on Satuday and 12-5 on Sunday.

-Set up is on Friday, December 4th, 7:45-9:45.

Third weekend: December 11, 12, 13 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Hours for this Market: 10-3 on Friday, 10-5 on Satuday and 12-5 on Sunday.

-Set up is on Friday, December 11th, 7:45-9:45.

-On set up day, Vendors will park in the main parking and need to cart their set up to the GREENHOUSE area. There will be a flatbed cart availalbe for you to use. Depending on the weather, it might be wet. So please plan accordingly. The GREENHOUSE is the building next to the Farm Store.

-All spaces are to be set up to look presentable and professional. Please put time and care into how your space looks. Tables and chairs are not provided, so please bring all that you need.

-All vendors must commit to all days of the Market and have at least one person managing their booth at all times during open market hours.

-Wi-fi is not available. Please plan accordingly.

-Electrical outlets are not available.

-All vendors are encouraged to accept cash AND use a cash-less system. (Square, PayPal, Venmo, ect.)

-Tear down will be at 5pm on Sunday night. Please Do NOT tear down till the end of the event.

-Table/Booth Fee is non-refundable.

-The Farm Store will have food, coffee, drinks and treats all available for purchase.

We're exctied to be working alongside this wonderful Farm. Please remember that this is a family friendly event, and conduct yourself in a professional business manner. We're going to have fun!!
