LOCATION:Twin Falls County Fairgrounds
SET UP: Friday, September 12th, 2025 between 12pm – 8pm; and/or Saturday, September 13th between 8 am – 10 am.
BREAKDOWN: Sunday, September 15th between 7 pm – 10 pm
Artist Fee must be paid through payment link provided by Magic Valley Comic-Con within 30 days of application selection.
Artist Placement: Booth assignments will be made based on space requirements, products to be exhibited, the date the contract is received, and consideration of the overall best interests of the event.
Cancellation of Artist Space: Cancellations must be emailed or made in writing 60 (sixty) days prior to the event.
VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All Artists are required to abide by all rules and regulations established by Licensor with respect to the common area, facilities, improvements, sidewalks and tenant relations. Failure to comply with MVCC's code of conduct will result in being asked to leave or trespassed from the premises.
2. Artists receiving the special discounted rate are only allowed to sell their own art and/or merchendise related to their art. Vendor tables are available to sell additional items.
3. Artist Tables are only available in the 10'x10' size. If a larger table is needed you must apply as a vendor.
4. All dollies or hand carts must have wide rubber wheels only. Vendor is responsible for any and all damage caused by dragging or pushing displays across the floor.
5. Artist shall keep the Premises open for business and intact during the event hours agreed upon by MVCC. Vendor shall daily secure, operate and be responsible for display at close of and during business. Licensor assumes no liability for your merchandise, display or possessions.
6. Artist shall not permit any rubbish or refuse emanating from the Premises to accumulate in the common areas of the event space and shall make arrangements for prompt trash removal. Vendor shall make available customer sales return policy or valid contact information for every purchasing customer; and shall not permit loitering at the Premises.
7. Artist shall not display merchandise outside of the Premises and shall not block or obstruct the view or interfere with other Vendors. Absolutely nothing may be attached to any fixture or to the building itself.
8. Artist shall not permit the playing of any musical instrument or radio or television or the use of a microphone or loudspeaker in the Premises other than what is approved by MVCC.
9. Licensor may request a certificate of liability insurance from Vendor, depending on the nature of the business or activity, at which time Vendor must provide proof of insurance insuring the term of the event with Comprehensive General Liability Insurance not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) General Aggregate, to include injury and property damage. Listing Magic Valley Comic-Con as additional insured.
10. Artist shall deliver and surrender to Licensor immediate possession of the Premises upon the expiration of the Agreement, or its earlier termination as provided in the Agreement, in a broom clean condition.
11. No electrical wiring will be laid that would create a hazard to pedestrian traffic. Approved tape or appropriate floor covering is mandatory to secure electrical cords and must be no less than 3” in width. Only 110-volt household current is available. Artist shall not have any flammable or combustible liquids of any type on the mall Premises.
12. Artist shall secure necessary governmental licenses and permits (including sales tax permits which must be posted at booth). Vendor agrees to comply with local, City and State laws, ordinances and regulations covering fire, safety, health and other matters.
13. Parking Policy – All Vendors and their employees are to park in the white-lined parking stalls. Violators will be fined.
14. In the event any one or a number of rules as listed above are not complied with, then this agreement will be rendered null and void.
15. Artist shall indemnify and hold harmless, Magic Valley Comic-Con, from and against any and all loss, cost (including attorney’s fees), damages, expense and liability (including statutory liability and liability under Worker’s Compensation laws) in connection with claims for damages resulting from any cause including, but not limited to injury or death of any person or property damage to any property, which arise from or in any manner grow out of any act or neglect on or about the shopping center by organizer, organizer’s partners, agents, employees, customers, invitees, contractors, and subcontractors of the above named party. The Vendor, on signing this agreement, expressly releases the aforementioned from all claims for loss, damage or injury.
