Non-Attendance Policy

Registered attendees who fail to attend the conference without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to the following fees:

A fee of $250 if the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the conference starts.
A fee of $750 if the cancellation is made within 30 days of the conference date.

Hotel No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in on their reservation date without prior notification/cancellation will be charged an additional no-show fee equivalent to hotel room charges, including applicable taxes and fees.

Check-in time shall be at 4:00 PM and checkout time shall be at 12:00 PM.
