{fn}, before you get much further, here are some things we want to share with you ..... Before sending any new hire into someone's private home, we must ensure that the new hire is properly trained and vetted. As such, all new-hires are required to go through 2 - 5 days of paid training. The number of days you spend in training is based on your experience and skill.

DURING paid training.....

New-hires MUST be at our office at 8 am on the days scheduled, work in a team with a trainer, and work until the end of the day, anywhere from 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm.

While in training, pay is "by-the-hour" at a rate of $16/hour from 8 am until the moment of return at the end of the day (including all prep time, drive time & break time).

AFTER basic training.....

After 2 - 5 days of paid training, you'll jump to "Junior Partner" earning between $19 - $25 per hour based on your efficiency and the time allotted to complete the job. Earnings are flat-rate and tied to the time you spend cleaning, meaning prep-time, drive-time & break-time is not paid.

You'll typically spend 1 - 3 weeks as a Junior Partner while your attendance, teamwork, pace and attention to detail continue to be monitored. If all goes well.......

A new-hire, depending upon their skill & efficiency, should be able to attain the rank of Senior Partner within 1 - 4 weeks of starting, earning a base of $20 per labor-hour.

Weekly earnings potential is dependent upon whether an employee is working part-time or full-time. Our full-time workers, if they work five full days a week, typically earn $620 - $780.

Wages are paid out every Friday through Direct Deposit. We operate one week in the hole, meaning that what you work this week will get paid on Friday of the following week.

Scheduling & Availability

While you are in control of your schedule by means of your availability, there are a couple of requirements that we have:

Those wanting to work with us will need to make themselves available for a minimum of three (3) days a week, Monday - Friday.

Your scheduled availability must remain consistent from one week to the next, meaning you cannot constantly change which days of the week you are available. We will need a set schedule from you. We do not offer "flex-scheduling" like you would find with Uber or DoorDash, where you can turn your availability on or off at will.

Over the next two questions, please let us know which days of the week you are available, followed by what hours or time frames you're available. (As a reminder, we do not work nights or weekends. Initial training is required with a start time of 8 am at our office on the days scheduled. After training, if your available start time is after 8 am, you will be required to work Solo (Crew of One) and make use of your own vehicle to get to & from jobs.)
