Rules and Regulations

• A copy of your Certificate of Insurance is required for all food concessions.
• The City of Woodruff reserves the right of approval for the vending unit.
• There will be no water hook-ups at this event.
• Electrical Access is limited. 
• All concessions must be ready to open at the time of the event and remain open until the end of the event. This event will end at 8pm. Cooking oil must not be left at the vending area.
• Spaces for this event are along the sidewalk.
• Set-up is from 2:30 to 3:30. 
• It is required that all tents used for cooking operations be factory certified fire resistant with the manufacturer’s original tag.
• All tents must be firmly secured in case of wind. A system such as buckets filled with concrete or sand bags is recommended.
• Vendors are expected to bag garbage regularly throughout the event. It is your responsibility to leave your space in the same or better condition as it was found prior to the festival.
• No refunds will be made.
• Applications must be received by December 3rd at 5pm. Please send payment to City of Woodruff at PO Box 1389, Woodruff, SC 29388. Please make checks payable to City of Woodruff, memo Christmas Stroll.

Food Concessions/Snack Foods 10X20 Space = $20

Arts and Crafts & Other Businesses 10X15 = $10

Woodruff Merchants (All who have a Woodruff Business License) 10X10 = FREE

Woodruff Non-Profit Organizations & Information Displays 10X10 = FREE

Extra Spaces $5
