Sponsorship is for both Corporate, Entreprenuers and Solo-prenuers. It is 100% transactional, and MCU will provide marketing recognition in return.

Sponsorship Policy

1. Introduction: Mainseed Christian University (MCU) values the support and contributions of event sponsors in furthering our mission and objectives. This policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for sponsors participating in MCU events, including restrictions on showcasing products or services that compete directly with MCU and limitations on staff sponsorship participation.

2. Sponsorship Eligibility:

a. MCU welcomes sponsorship from individuals, organizations, businesses, and other entities that align with our values and mission.

b. Sponsors must adhere to ethical business practices and legal requirements.

c. MCU reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from individuals or entities whose products, services, or activities are inconsistent with our mission or values.

3. Restrictions on Competing Products/Services:

a. Sponsors are prohibited from showcasing or promoting products or services that directly compete with MCU's offerings.

b. Competing products/services include those that replicate or significantly overlap with MCU's academic programs, events, or initiatives.

c. MCU reserves the right to reject sponsorship proposals or remove sponsored content that conflicts with this policy.

4. Staff Sponsorship Participation:

a. MCU staff members are permitted to participate in event sponsorships under certain conditions.

b. Staff members must disclose their affiliation with MCU when participating in MCU event sponsorships.

c. Staff members are prohibited from sponsoring products, services, or activities at MCU events that compete with MCU's offerings.

d. Staff members must obtain approval from the relevant authority before participating in MCU event sponsorships to avoid conflicts of interest.

5. Compliance and Enforcement:

a. Sponsors are required to comply with all provisions of this policy.

b. Violations of this policy may result in termination of sponsorship agreements and exclusion from future MCU events.

c. MCU reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against sponsors who breach this policy.

6. Review and Amendment:

a. This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.

b. MCU reserves the right to amend this policy as needed, with appropriate notice provided to sponsors.

7. Acknowledgment: By participating in sponsorship agreements with MCU, sponsors acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. 

 

Mainseed Christian University Event Sponsorship Packages

 

1. Bronze Sponsorship Package ($1,500):

• Logo Placement: Company logo featured on event signage and promotional materials.
• Recognition: Acknowledgment as a Bronze sponsor during event announcements.
• Booth/Exhibition Space: Opportunity to set up a booth or display area at the event venue.
• Advertisement: One promotional post on Mainseed Christian University's official social media channels.

2. Silver Sponsorship Package ($2,500):

• Logo Placement: Enhanced visibility with larger company logo placement on event signage, website, and promotional materials.
• Recognition: Verbal recognition as a Silver sponsor during event speeches and presentations.
• Speaking Opportunities: Opportunity to deliver a brief address or presentation at the event.
• Booth/Exhibition Space: Premium booth location with increased foot traffic and visibility.
• Advertisement: Two promotional posts on Mainseed Christian University's official social media channels.

3. Gold Sponsorship Package ($3,500):

• Logo Placement: Prominent company logo placement on all event materials, including banners, flyers, and digital assets.
• Recognition: Special acknowledgment as a Gold sponsor in all event-related communications and press releases.
• Speaking Opportunities: Extended speaking slot with dedicated time to address attendees and share insights.
• Booth/Exhibition Space: Prime location with premium booth setup, including branded signage and marketing collateral.
• Advertisement: Three promotional posts on Mainseed Christian University's official social media channels.
• Networking Opportunities: Access to VIP networking sessions and exclusive meetings with event speakers and organizers.

4. Platinum Sponsorship Package ($5,000+):

• Logo Placement: Exclusive placement of company logo on event materials, with prominent visibility across all channels.
• Recognition: Premier recognition as the Platinum sponsor in all event promotions, including dedicated press releases and media coverage.
• Speaking Opportunities: Keynote speaking slot or panel participation, offering maximum exposure and influence.
• Booth/Exhibition Space: Premium booth setup with customized branding and interactive elements to engage attendees.
• Advertisement: Four or more promotional posts on Mainseed Christian University's official social media channels, including custom content and features.
• Networking Opportunities: VIP access to all event activities, including private receptions, dinners, and meet-and-greet sessions with industry leaders and keynote speakers.
• Special Benefits: Customized sponsorship perks tailored to meet specific business objectives and maximize return on investment.

Note: Each sponsorship package can be further customized to align with the sponsor's goals and objectives. Prices are indicative and subject to negotiation based on the specific needs and preferences of the sponsor.
