Award Exercise Guest Agreement

Dear MCU Guest,

We are honored to have you as a guest at the Mainseed Christian University Honorary Doctorate Degree Award Exercise scheduled for October 19, 2024, at Aurora Theater. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Details:
The Award Exercise will take place on October 19, 2024, at Aurora Theater. Specific timings and program details will be provided closer to the date.

2. Admittance and Identification:
Admittance to the event is contingent upon presenting valid identification. Please bring a form of ID to confirm your identity at the entrance.

3. Security Checks:
For the safety of all attendees, security checks may be conducted at the entrance. Your cooperation during these checks is appreciated.

4. Code of Conduct:
As a guest, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner, refraining from any behavior that may disrupt the event or cause inconvenience to others.

5. Media Release:
By attending or participating at Mainseed Christian University's event, guest hereby grant Mainseed Christian University and its affiliates the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs, video, audio, or other media featuring the guest's likeness, voice, keynote speech and/or statements for promotional, educational, and informational purposes. This includes but is not limited to website content, social media posts, press releases, and marketing materials. Guest acknowledges and agrees that Mainseed Christian University may use such media in perpetuity and without compensation. Guest also releases Mainseed Christian University and its agents from any liability or claims arising out of the use of such media.

6. Liability Waiver:
Mainseed Christian University, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the Commencement Ceremony.

7. Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Mainseed Christian University and the event venue.
