I know what it’s like to love God and still feel disqualified by your own story. Raised in the church, I believed I knew what a faithful life was supposed to look like, yet before I was thirty, I found myself carrying deep shame and quietly convinced I had gone too far for God to still use me.

A season of painful choices and consequences became a turning point that changed the direction of my life. It wasn’t because everything suddenly made sense, but because I finally believed that God wasn’t finished with me.

Today, I walk with women who feel stuck in the past, ashamed of their story, or afraid they’ve missed their chance with God. I believe healing doesn’t erase our story, it redeems it. And I consider it a sacred honor to help women find meaning, purpose, and forward movement in the chapters they once wished they could erase.

Coach / Client Contract

PURPOSE: The following is an agreement between the client and the coach, Mandie Warden. This relationship is a professional partnership in which both parties work together to help the client achieve desired outcomes in his/her life. 

COMMITMENT: Coaching is a commitment. The best results happen as a result of consistency and follow-through. Therefore, all appointments must be kept. The coach will give the client 5 minutes beyond the appointment time to arrive. If circumstances arise that prevent adhering to scheduled appointments, please give 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. Unless notified, the client will be financially responsible for missed appointments. In the case of emergencies, the appointment can be rescheduled. As a coach, Mandie Warden is committed to operating in a professional manner and maintaining the ethics and standards set Christian Coach Institute, Nothing is Wasted Ministries and Freedom Academy.

CONFIDENTIALITY: All communication between us will be held as strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law, unless the client gives express permission to disclose specific information. However, the coach-client relationship is not privileged and the coach may be required to disclose confidential information in a legal proceeding. In the event there is evidence that the client is a potential danger to them self and others, or that the client discloses illegal activity, the coach is ethically bound to report this information to the appropriate authority. 

This confidentiality agreement also applies to any case in which the client is a minor. However, the parent or legal guardian holds the right to receive information regarding the client’s progress unless the coach believes this information could threaten the safety or livelihood of the client.

INDEMNIFICATION: Client agrees to indemnify, defent, and hold harmless Mandie Warden from any claim or lawsuit. This includes responsibility for all costs, legal fees, expenses, settlements, and judgements associated with such claims. 

LIABILITY: The coach is not liable for any perceived damages that occur during the extent of the professional relationship. The client is 100% responsible for his/her well-being and success. The coach does not also assume any responsibility for results and does not guarantee success. All sales final. All funds rendered will not be returned. Full payment is made whether clients take advantage of all sessions or not. All purchased sessions must be completed within 180 days of the start date, unless noted otherwise. After 180 days sessions will expire.
