If your child has a prescribed Epi-Pen, please request and fill out the allergy waiver, emergency procedures form, and consent to administer epi-pen form prior to your child starting school.

Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact you to confirm your child’s placement. To finalize registration, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit (outlined below) is required. Enrollment will be confirmed once the deposit is received.

We the undersigned, individually and severally, agree that if the applicant is accepted for admission to Manor Montessori School Inc., we will and/or understand:

1.  Comply with all the rules and regulations of the school outlined in the Family Handbook; and
2. Pay all fees and extras with respect to my child when due.
3. I understand that the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. All children attending the school must be fully toilet-trained (not for Toddler classes).
5. We, the undersigned, are aware that all information in this Application for Admission to Manor Montessori will remain strictly confidential. We grant Manor Montessori the permission to request and receive confidential information regarding our child and to retain such information in our child’s file for future reference.

APPLICATION FEE

To complete your registration, a non-refundable $100 fee is required to cover the administrative costs of processing your child’s application.
