Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo, regardless of parental consent. A valid photo ID confirming you are 18 or older is required to be shared on the date of your appointment

This will be kept confidential, and is used to confirm your birthdate. If you are below the age of 18 years, you cannot be tattooed, even with paternal consent.

What is your vision? Is it in color or black & grey? Is the style illustrative, fine line, bold? Share anything about the concept, what inspires it all - anything that will help me have a clear picture of what you have in mind. The more detail the better! For example: for elements like flowers, please list the type of flowers and how many you'd like to include. For a moon, what type of moon? Crescent, full?
What size are you envisioning your tattoo will be, in inches or centimeters? *
Include estimated height & width in inches and/or centimeters. Please do not use descriptions like: “Palm sized” or “size of an iPhone” because that can range from person to person.
What placement did you have in mind?*
The more specific the better! (Ie. instead of "arm", say upper arm, inner arm, top of wrist etc)
Would your like your tattoo to be black/grey or color?*
I am currently not accepting any full color submissions, but I'm always open to chatting more about a small pop of color!

These images can be of other tattoos that capture the feel of the design you'd like to get, or other forms of artwork that inspired the idea. Photos of the placement or area you have in mind are super super helpful! (especially if you are placing this new piece among other, existing tattoos.)
