Sponsors may book a booth at any one of the Living Smart Farmers Market locations, but may only participate up to two times a month in any one location. Sponsors must submit this form for approval to participate in the markets at the requested dates listed below. You must pay for a minimum of one sponsor booking in conjunction with this application in order to process your request. Spaces are limited, and by prepaying we can apply that payment towards the dates you are requesting. Indicate the dates you would like to particiapte in and at what locations and then complete your request to book these dates by pre-paying for them below. Additional dates can be requested by submitting this same form and by indicating the dates/locations you want to book and then by prepaying. Once you are in the system, processing will happen faster as you will already be approved in our system.
Upon receipt of payments for the markets, you will receive a formal confirmation in writing with set up and market manager information for the dates you have requested. Please keep this information handy to show the manager onsite if the question should come up.
