All Indoor spaces are approximately 6 X 8, 8 X 10 Spaces, it will be described in the booth selection below. Lobby and Activities Room spaces will be provided one 8 foot table, all other set-up supplies will be your responsibility.
Outdoor Spaces will be on the front patio area with some cover and they will be 10X10 spaces and will require vendors to bring pop up and all of their own set up and supplies.
Food Truck and Food Stand spaces are ONLY for outdoors, where a food court will be set up in the parking lot. There is limited space for these vendors, so it will be based on first come, first serve basis and there will be NO duplications.
Prepared Food vendors who sell baked goods, spices, chocolates, sauces, honey, james, jerky, etc. can choose to be indoors or outdoors, it's personal preference.
We will allow up 2 Fresh Flower Vendors to participate, while other vendors who do plants/and or silk flowers can also participate in addition.
All vendors should create some kind of "Sweetheart" special package for Valentines to sell along with their products. All vendors MUST decorate their booth with the Valentine Theme.
All vendors should be prepared to donate at least (1) one gift item to be used in the Valentine Raffle Prize Bags.
A Cookie Decorating Class will be offered to all ages for $25/per person, includes Raffle Ticket and Cooke Decorating Class.
