To help us, help you, please make sure you are following us on our Instagram pages, @livingsmartevents and @livingsmartfarmersmarkets so that we can cross market and tag you in our advertising for this event. Vendors who do this will be receive a 20% discount coupon they can redeem for a booth at any one of Living Smart Farmers Markets. Vendors who participated in the marketing will also receive 5 Raffle Tickets for a chance to win one of the prizes being auctioned off on the day of the event.
To reserve your spot, please fill out this form, and make your payment and submit. Once your reservation and payment has been received and processed, you will receive written (email) confirmation for your reservation. This written (email) confirmation is to be provided as proof of your reservation and receipt of payment.
Please note: Requesting a date here does NOT mean your spot is guaranteed. No space reservation is final until we have a copy of your application, payment is received, and written confirmation is given via email.
Please note the definition of each vendor type, you will need to select ONE below:
Prepared Food Vendors: includes pre-made or pre-packaged food that is homemade, packaged, and sold for consumption -Must be permitted through the PLACER COUNTY Environmental Health Department (TFF - Placer County)
Specialty Items Vendors: includes items sold NOT for human consumption, e.g. soap, dog treats, or skin care etc.
Merchants: defined as local businesses who would like to set up a booth to sell (non-food) merchandise at this event. Distributors and resellers would fall under this category -Business License or Sellers permit is required
Artisans and Crafters: businesses that hand-craft at least 70% of what they sell at their booth.
Food Trucks: mounted food vendor providing meals from a mobile venue - Must be properly permitted with a Mobile Food Facility (MFF) Permit
Food Stand Vendors: includes hot and cold food sold on-site from a booth - Must be permitted through the PLACER COUNTY Environmental Health Department (TFF Placer County)
Food Truck / Trailer: Food Truck Vendors who prepare and sell food from their truck or Trailer - should have a Sacramento County a Mobile Food Facility Permit (Sticker - MFF).
- Must be permitted through the Environmental Health Services of the County of Sacramento
All reservations must be previously reviewed and approved by Living Smart to confirm your reservation. First come first serve - limited number of spaces. Tents, tables, chairs are your responsibility. No electricity is available, so if you need it you will need to bring your own generator. You must indicate on your reservation if you will be using a generator, and if so, what size. This is an outdoor event. Additional Event set-up instructions will be emailed to you within 72 hours of event.
