Thank you for your interest in applying for the Latinas in Leadership Institute (LiLi). LiLi is an inspiring and innovative culturally relevant program developed by the Latinas & Power Corporation, a dynamic network of Latina professionals from across Connecticut. This unique six-month virtual certification program is tailored specifically for Latinas in the workplace, community leaders, and entrepreneurs who are in the early to mid-stages of their careers.

This application is your opportunity to share who you are, your leadership journey, and the goals you hope to pursue through LiLi. We encourage you to answer thoughtfully and honestly.

Tuition for the Latinas in Leadership Institute (LiLi) is $6,500 USD. (Scholarships are available on a competitive basis, based on financial need. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please select "Yes")

This fee covers:
- In-person 2 ½ day retreat
- 12 virtual sessions (3 months)
- Guest speakers
- Capstone Project (3 months)
- Resources, data and research support
- Advisors (subject matter experts for each capstone team)

Commitment
This is a 6 month program. First three months require 5-6 hrs/week of 3 hour sessions, activities and capstone projects. Second three months require 5-6 hrs/month. Is this something you able to commit to?*
