By e-signing below, I/we declare that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete. I/we consent to a credit check and to a check of personal information with the references listed above by the landlord or their authorized representative, before, during and after the tenancy, if accepted. Applicants who are approved are required to provide the Landlord with a security deposit, equal to one half the monthly rent, in advance, by e-transfer or direct deposit, as a good faith deposit. This deposit is refundable only in the event of the property not being available for occupancy on the date set out in the Lease Agreement. The keys to the property will NOT be released to the tenant until such time as the Lease is signed, proof of utilities registered to the tenant, proof of tenant insurance, photo ID’s of each tenant, approved pets and first month’s rent, are provided to the Landlord by e-transfer or direct deposit. Landlord will supply receipt for funds received. Applications found to contain false, misleading or incomplete information will be rejected without notice or explanation to the applicant. If the applicant fails to either sign a lease or refuses to move into the unit, the deposit may be applied as rent, provided that the unit has not be re-rented.
