Note: Please be advised that the Donation Request Forms should be submitted to the marketing supervisor for review. Any donation amount that is less than $2,000 will be processed on a weekly basis. If the requested amount is greater than $2,000 but less than $10,000, approval will be sought monthly from our board. Requests over $10,000 will be considered by a special committee first, then those approved applications will be presented to the board, this approval process will happen at the end of the year.
