Car Show Pop-Up Vendor Registration

STATEMENT OF GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.       By signing this contract, the vendor agrees to pay the specified rental fee. The specified rental is limited to the space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, banners/signage, power cords (if needed), trash containers, etc., unless otherwise noted. 

2.       No alcohol, drugs, or firearms are permitted. Violation of this condition will result in immediate removal.

3.       NO REFUND of any fees previously paid will be given.  A credit could be applied towards a future event.

3.       No food products are to be sold except through special authorization. 

4.       All merchandise, equipment and belongings are the sole responsibility of the owner. We will not be responsible for missing or damaged property.

5.       All vendors will be responsible for keeping their area free of trash and debris within and immediately around their individual spaces.  This includes when vendors remove their equipment, merchandise and materials from their space at the conclusion of the event.

 

 

CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEOTAPE

I hereby agree and give my permission for Masjidullah, Inc and/or partners to record, film,photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Masjidullah website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Masjidullah's control. I agree that I will not hold Masjidullah responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.
