Marching Band Consumables

Thank you for filling out the Consumable order form for this years marching band season.

The responses to this form will be used to calculate the individual student consumable fee for Marching Band 2025. Uniform/Consumable fees are calculated using this approach for many reasons:

To ensure all fees are communicated clearly at the time of commitment and collected efficiently
To ensure consistency in visual appearance
To ensure every student has the required items needed to participate

In addition, this form will be used to order all required uniform pieces for the entire marching band season. This will be the only time many of these items will be ordered in bulk. Since the band does not keep additional pieces,(shorts, polos, shoes, etc) any late orders will be delivered late and require a additional shipping charge. Students will not be able to participate if they do not have the required items.

You may opt out of purchasing some if they are already owned by your student. Once this form is submitted, purchases are made and all consumable items will be the property of the student. If student drops band prior to the drop deadline, items already ordered cannot be returned/refunded.

Completion of this form and payment are Due on May 1, 2025.

Required for all Instrumentalists: Competition Uniform*, Gloves, Socks, Competition Accessory, Band Camp Supplies (Drill sheet, name tag, binder, etc.) Individual students will be sized for uniforms and shoes during scheduled fitting times during the summer. *Competition uniform may or may not be offered to the student at the end of the season for an additional fee. The cost of the competition uniform far exceeds the $100 charged here.

Mason Bands Member Jacket (Required for instrumentalists and Guard Member Uniform) Students have the jacket to wear before and possibly during performances and during travel. The jacket will be personalized with the Student name and section on the front, with either the William Mason Marching Band or Guard Design on the back. PLEASE NOTE: IF BETWEEN SIZES OR NOT SURE, WE RECOMMEND SIZING UP TO ALLOW FOR FUTURE GROWTH!
