In consideration of and so that Releasor might be permitted to participate in various activities at facilities operated by Lone Tree Stables, LLC, ("Lone Tree") and so that Releasor might be allowed to access and use such facilities, Releasor, for himself or herself and for any personal representatives or successors, assigns, heirs, executors, administrators, next of kin and any other representatives or successors in interest of Releasor (collectively, "Representatives and Successors"), once and forever releases and discharges Lone Tree and its owner, officers, members, promoters, employees, trainers, teachers, sponsors and agents, and the owners of the real estate upon which Lone Tree operates (collectively the "Releasees"), from any and all liability to Releasor or the Representatives and Successors for any loss or damage or injury suffered whatsoever, and from any and every claim, demand, action, or right of action, of any kind or nature, in law or in equity, now existing or arising in the future, including but not limited to for any damage to the person or property of Releasor which occurs in connection with the Lone Tree's business or operations or from Releasor's visiting or using Lone Tree facilities, real estate, personal property, barns, stables, or horses, including but not limiting to any activity whatsoever occurring on or around the Lone Tree stables, barns, property and riding or boarding facilities. Releasor hereby knowingly releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue Releasees (or any of them) for any such reason, injury, damage or occurrence

Releasor understands and acknowledges that the activities which Releasor is participating in at the Lone Tree facilities", including but not limited to horse boarding and horse riding, are inherently dangerous activities. Releasor assumes full and sole responsibility for the risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage while in, on or around the business/riding/boarding facilities of Lone Tree. To the fullest extent permitted under Michigan law and all applicable regulations, Releasor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Releasees from and against all liability, claims damages, liens, losses, expenses (including but not limited to reasonable fees and charges of consultants, attorneys and other professionals), illness, injury, death or any other loss arising out of or in any way related to (i) Releasor's use of Lone Tree's facility or (ii) equestrian activities including, but not limited to, those defined in the Michigan Equine Activity Liability Act, riding, petting, leading, mounting, feeding, watching, transporting, boarding, handling, training, or other services provided by the Releasees, regardless of whether caused by the action, inaction or other wrongdoing of Releasor, Releasees or a third party, and whether incurred on or off Lone Tree's facility.

Releasor agrees that this release and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Michigan, and that if any portion of this Release is held to be invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. Releasor further agrees that this Release contains the entire agreement between parties and that its terms are contractual and not a mere recital.

Parental Release and Acknowledgment

As a parent or legal guardian of the minor Releasor referenced on the prior pages, I give permission for my child or ward to participate in the aforementioned activities. I have read and understood the Release on the prior pages, and on my behalf and on the behalf of my child or ward, I agree to all terms contained in that Release, and specifically reaffirm and incorporate the same terms entirely as if all were restated within this supplemental parental release. In addition to all terms and the language of the Release, and the obligations of the Releasor therein (all of which I bind myself to as well), I do hereby further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned Releasees (and each of them) with respect to any and all claims that may arise, now or in the future, from the participation by the referenced minor Releasor in activities at the Lone Tree facilities.
