Any required employer system access information must be available at the appointment. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours, missed appointments, or missing required documents or access information result in forfeiture of payment and require a new appointment and fee. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
