Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your business will make a donation to McKamey Animal Center, no later than March 31st, 2024 with the collection of your proceeds from this event. Should you need to withdraw your participation, you agree to do so no later than 1 week (February 15th, 2023) prior to the event.

MAC is hereby authorized by the business to use the business company logo, branding, and any images or videos taken during the event for the purposes of event publicity, related marketing material, and MAC's publications and websites.

MAC shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to business as a result of their partnership or participation in the event. You agree to defend, indemnify, hold harmless, and release MAC, its staff, volunteers, assigns, co-sponsors, exhibitors, and venure provider from and against all claims, actions, causes of action, or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or resulting from any act undertaken or committed by business pursuant to the performance of its obligations or privleges under this agreement or its participation in the event. MAC will have no liability for any loss of property, materials or profits of the business nor shall it be responsible for any special, incidental or consequential damages in any way association with your businesses partnership or participation in Dining for Paws.

Business agress to observe and abide by the foregoing terms and conditions. This agreement represents the complete agreement between sponsor/business/partner and MAC. Any amendment to this agreement must be in writing and signed by the business and MAC.
