Join the McKinnon Cougars VJBL Coaching Team – 2025/26 Season

Are you passionate about basketball and eager to make a difference through coaching? The McKinnon Cougars are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our VJBL program as Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches for the upcoming 2025/26 season.

We’re building a forward-thinking basketball environment focused on both player and coach development. Whether you’re an experienced coach or someone looking to take the next step, we want good people who love the game and are ready to be part of a supportive, growth-oriented program.

What we offer:

- Ongoing support from our Director of Coaching and Head Coach of Gender
- Basketball Australia Coach Accreditation
- Access to our System of Play and a comprehensive drill database via XPS
- Regular coaching clinics and workshops to support your development
