1. If you cannot attend your personal training session please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice must be rescheduled within the following 7-days. Cancelled sessions that are not rescheduled as above will not be refunded or rolled over so please make arrangements to reschedule as soon as possible.
2. If you need to reschedule your personal training sessions occasionally, this is okay. However, if it is on a consistent basis, it may result in the loss of your regular time slot.
3. Personal Training Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
4. All payments are made fortnightly in advance using the Stripe Payment Gateway. Payments are made on an ongoing bases each fortnight via subscription payments. Please provide seven (7)-days written notice when cancelling your payment subscription or changing to a different card.
5. If for some reason you need to cancel an already purchased block of personal training sessions, please note that a $75 administration fee will be deducted from your remaining unused sessions before a refund is issued. Please provide seven (7) days' written notice.
6. Online Personal Training Workouts are delivered through the Everfit.io app and paid monthly in advance on an ongoing basis via subscription payments. You will receive one, two, or three different workouts each month depending on your chosen plan. Modifications to workouts incur an additional fee. Please provide 14 days written notice when ending this agreement.
7. Coaching Programs are subject to a separate agreement which you will receive before signing up for your first session.
8. I ask all my customers to please inform me in advance of sessions if they are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is feeling unwell. I will also advise you in advance if I am unwell or I have been in direct or indirect contact with anyone who is unwell. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND SESSIONS IF YOU ARE UNWELL. We have to take care of one another.
9. If the trainer (Melanie Briony) needs to cancel a session due to illness/injury and the customer has paid in advance, this paid session will be held in advance of the next scheduled training session.
10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
