1. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly ask you to respect the time and effort put into planning and delivering your mobile personal training sessions. Your commitment to time management is crucial for the smooth operation of our service. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, please reschedule within the next 7 days. Sessions not rescheduled within this timeframe cannot be refunded or rolled over. Thank you for rescheduling promptly and respecting everyone's time.
2. We understand that occasionally rescheduling your personal training sessions may be necessary, and that's perfectly acceptable. However, if rescheduling becomes a consistent occurrence, it may lead to the loss of your regular time slot. This ensures fairness for others who may wish to utilise that time slot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a balanced schedule for all participants.
3. Personal Training Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
4. All mobile personal training payments are made fortnightly in advance using the Stripe Payment Gateway. Payments are made on an ongoing bases each fortnight via subscription payments. Please provide seven (7)-days written notice when cancelling your payment subscription or changing to a different card.
5. If for some reason you need to cancel an already purchased block of personal training sessions, please note that a $75 administration fee will be deducted from your remaining unused sessions before a refund is issued. Please provide seven (7) days' written notice.
6. Online Personal Training Workouts are delivered through the Everfit.io app and paid monthly in advance on an ongoing basis via Stripe subscription payments. Please provide 14 days written notice when ending this agreement.
7. Coaching Programs are subject to a separate agreement which you will receive before coaching commences.
8. I ask all my face-to-face customers to please inform me in advance of sessions if they are feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is feeling unwell. I will also advise you in advance if I am unwell or I have been in direct or indirect contact with anyone who is unwell. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND SESSIONS IF YOU ARE UNWELL. We have to take care of one another.
9. If the trainer (Melanie Briony) needs to cancel a session due to illness/injury and the customer has paid in advance, this paid session will be held in advance of the next scheduled training session.
10. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
