    • Faulty diffusers must be reported within 1 year from the date of receipt.
    • After 1 year, we will not be able to provide a resolution for faulty product claims.

    There will be no shortcuts in this process, as it is important that every account is reviewed and resolved appropriately. In instances where similar issues impact multiple accounts, these will be consolidated and managed as a single overarching incident. Isolated cases, however, will be categorized and handled individually.
