We are unable to accommodate custom requests or substitutions. Thank you for trusting our vision and allowing us to surprise and delight you. 🕰️ Pickup Window Subscription boxes will be available for pickup during designated days and hours, which will be communicated each month. To preserve freshness and quality: Boxes must be picked up within 2 days of the scheduled pickup date. Any boxes not picked up within that time WILL be forfeited without refund. Please make arrangements ahead of time if someone will be picking up on your behalf. 💸 Refunds & Exchanges All subscription sales are final. Due to the perishable and limited-edition nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
