I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable unless cancelled by the pageant organizers. Pageant deadline is Nov.14th. Pageant will be cancelled if the minimum number of contestants are not entered by this deadline. If possible, entries may still be accepted until Nov. 21, IF the minimum amount has been reached.
