2026 Easter Festival - Serve Teams

MercyGate Church is eggcited to partner with YOU for this year's Easter Egg Hunt! There are several different ways to serve with us on Saturday, April 4th. The event itself will be from 10am-12pm, but we need your help before, during, and after.

Please note that the only Serve Team opportunities that don't overlap with the Egg Hunts are Event Set-Up, Registration, and Clean Up. If you are a parent of a child participating in the Hunt and you want to be with them, please choose your assignments accordingly. 

 

All Serve Team Members should arrive at 8:30 am on April 4th for a Serve Team Huddle. All instructions for your serve team roles will be given at this time. 

Once you've submitted this form, our team will add you to the Easter Festival Serve Team Roster & Schedule. You'll get a serving request through your MercyGate Church app & email. 

If you don't have the MercyGate Church app, please download it. Once logged in, you'll click the "MORE" tab and open "Serve Team Schedules" to view/manage your Easter Egg Hunt Assignment. If your plans change and you're unable to serve for any reason, please decline your assignment in the app.
