EVENT + FOOD TRUCK VENDOR INFORMATION
The 2024 Merion Village Festival will be held on Sunday, August 25th from 12 to 6 PM, in Moeller Park (281 Hanford Street, Columbus, OH 43206). This annual, outdoor, rain-or-shine festival will continue to feature artists, crafters, local businesses, and organizations as we celebrate the vibrant community and atmosphere of the Historic Merion Village neighborhood. All proceeds from this event benefit the Merion Village Association, a 501(c)(3) civic organization.
Each Food Truck will be provided with an on-street parking space to set up and serve customers. The street will be closed to traffic for the event.
- No canopies, tables, chairs, displays, or other items will be provided by the MVA. Vendors are responsible for bringing any and all items required for your Food Truck.
- The event is exclusively outdoor; electricity and WiFi are NOT available. If you need access to electricity and/or WiFi, please plan to supply your own generators, power packs, and WiFi connections.
- All food trucks must be in good operating order and must have completed inspections and secured all permits required by the City of Columbus. (Upon acceptance of your application, proof of inspection and permit approvals will be requested to be provided to the City's event permitting department.)
- Trucks/Generators must emit no more than a typically expected level of sound as not to disturb nearby residential neighbors.
- All selected Food Truck vendors must agree to allow your logo and information to be included in the Merion Village Festival posters, advertisements, and social media promotions.
Setup begins at 10 AM on Sunday, August 25th. All Food Trucks must arrive and be in position by 11:30 AM at the latest. Food Truck position on the street will be based on arrival time. All food trucks must remain at the event until the festival closes at 6 PM. In order to ensure safety at the event, Food Trucks cannot be moved until the festival closes.
