Chalkwell Hall Private Hire Booking Request Form

As an arts organisation, we have a busy programme of creative events, artist residencies and talks, with the occasional opportunity to host private bookings for functions and celebrations.

We hope to be able to host you!

Please fill out this short form to help us in managing your booking.

The private hire booking includes:

- A beautiful Grade II listed building, overlooking the park grounds and the Thames Estuary, making for a unique location for your function

- Event staff

- A fully licensed bar stocking a locally sourced menu

- Reception Room - capacity of 90 people

- Access to our adjoining Project Room (perfect for buffet style catering spreads or a quiet room).

- Security if needed

Please note we do not take bookings for weddings, children's parties or birthdays under 30 years old.

We have a small sound system which you can manage music easily by plugging in a playlist from a phone, tablet or laptop. Alternatively, we will allow your music provider to bring in their own PAT tested PA system.
