If you have a ticket and need a refund, please call the theatre directly as refunds can only be done by the theatre that the ticket was purchased for. Do not submit the form below as the refund will not be processed.
If you received an error on the website during the booking process, there are a few reasons this could have occurred:
1. The zip code entered does not match the billing zip code
2. The zip code entered is an international zip code which the system cannot process
3. The session timed out and the page was not refreshed prior to continuing with the transaction.
If you received an error message that indicates 'payment has been taken', please note that in most cases there will be an autoreversal and you will not have been charged.
Please note: autoreversals can take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account. Please contact your credit card company or financial institution (for debit cards) for the status of the reversal.

Refunds will take a minimum of 4 weeks to research and process. At times, refunds will be done via the payment method. However, we also may need to issue a refund check in which case we will need your mailing address.
