Please read this agreement carefully. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms andconditions outlined below.

Event Name: The EASE Retreat: Reconnect & Recharge at St. Anne’s Spa

Location: St. Anne’s Spa, Grafton, Ontario, Canada

Retreat Dates: September 18th – 20th, 2026

Guest Arrival: September 18th, 2026 after 12pm ET

Guest Departure: September 20th, 2026 before 1pm ET
Section 2: Financial Terms & Payment
2.1. Currency- I understand that all payments for the EASE Retreat are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.2. Deposit & Non-Refundable Policy- I understand and agree that a $250 USD deposit is required to secure my spot at the EASE Retreat. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2.3. Payment Schedule & Plans- I understand that the remaining balance of my retreat fee is due by the last week of July 2026. I acknowledge that payment plans are available, and I will adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for all payments.

2.4. Transfer Policy - I understand that any payments made towards the retreat fee (excluding the nonrefundable deposit) prior to September 1st, 2026, may be transferred to another attendee if I am unable to attend. After September 1st, 2026, payments are nontransferable. No refunds are provided at any point.

2.5. Late Payment Fee - I understand that if any payment remains unpaid on the 7th day following its due date, a late fee of three percent (3%) of the payment due will be assessed. A late fee will be assessed following each subsequent 7-day period based on the outstanding amount. EASE Community reserves the right to restrict my access to the Services or terminate my participation in the Live Event unless and until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

2.6. Payment Security and Disputes - I agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with my bank or credit card company. I understand that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate removal from the retreat and/or program, and suspension of access to EASE Community services until the dispute is resolved and payment is recovered. In the event that I inadvertently dispute a charge made to the account, I agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. I understand that I am responsible for any fees, including attorney’s fees, associated with recouping payment on disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event.

Section 3: Travel & Transportation
3.1. Passport Requirement - I confirm that I possess a valid passport that will allow me entry into Canada for the duration of the retreat (September 18th – 20th, 2026). I understand that it is my sole responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents are in order.

3.2. Arrival & Departure Logistics - I understand that the official group arrival is by 1:00 PM ET on Friday, September 18th, 2026, at Cobourg Train Station to utilize the spa pickup service to St. Anne’s Spa. I also understand that the group departure from St. Anne’s Spa will be on Sunday,September 20th, 2026.

3.3. Spa Pickup & Driving Recommendation - I understand that the spa pickup service will depart Cobourg Train Station at approximately 1:00 PM ET on September 18th. If I miss this designated pickup, I am solely responsible for arranging and paying for my own transportation to St. Anne’s Spa. I acknowledge that driving to St. Anne’s Spa is NOT recommended due to unfamiliar routes and potential navigation challenges.

3.4. Travel Agent Recommendation & Responsibility - I understand that EASE Community recommends utilizing the services of Dianne Cordell at Central Travel for booking my travel arrangements to Cobourg Train Station to ensure timely arrival for the spa pickup. I acknowledge that if I choose not to use Dianne atCentral Travel, I assume full responsibility for any travel issues, delays, or disruptions that may occur before or after the event, and EASE Community will not be held liable for such occurrences.

3.5. Travel Responsibility & Delays - I understand that I am solely responsible for my travel to and from Cobourg Train Station. Any delays, missed transportation, late arrivals, or early departures are my responsibility and do not qualify for refunds or credits from EASE Community.

Section 4: Accommodation & Rooming
4.1. Shared Accommodation - I understand that all rooms at St. Anne’s Spa for the EASE Retreat are shared accommodations, with 2-4 guests in each room, and each guest provided their own private bed. I acknowledge that I may be rooming with other retreat participants.

4.2. Private Room Option - I understand that a limited number of private rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If I desire a private room, I acknowledge that an upgrade fee of$1,000 USD will apply, as this occupies a spot that would otherwise accommodate another guest. I understand that I must contact EASE Community immediately upon booking if I wish to request a private room.

4.3. Extended Stays - I understand that if I wish to arrive earlier or stay an extra night at St. Anne’s Spa, I must contact the spa directly to check availability and book any additional nights. I acknowledge that any extended stays are at my own expense and are not included in the EASE Retreat package.

5. Retreat Inclusions
I understand that my retreat package includes:

1) Two nights of accommodation at St. Anne’s Spa (shared room, private bed).

2) Eight chef-prepared meals - 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 high teas, 2 dinners

3) A $260 USD spa credit (approx. $350 CAD).

4) 1 group wellness/meditation class.

5) A curated “Surprise & Delight” swag bag (valued at $200+ USD).

6) Access to group sessions, brainstorming, connection, and conversation facilitated by EASE Community ambassadors.

7) Time for either content creation or total relaxation, as I choose.

Sections 6: Cancellations & Refunds
6.1. Attendee Cancellation - I understand that my inability to attend the Live Event is not grounds for any refunds, partial or otherwise. No refunds are provided under any circumstances. The only exception is the transferability of payments (excluding the non-refundable deposit) to another attendee prior to September 1st, 2026, as outlined in Section 2.4. I understand that disputing a charge through my financial institution is a violation of this agreement and I agree to not do so.

6.2. Termination by EASE Community - I understand that EASE Community may decide to terminate this Agreement at anytime. In the event that EASE Community decides to do so, EASE Community shall release me from any further financial obligation under the Contract and will provide a refund, if I paid in full. This does not include circumstances where I engage in abusive or unprofessional behavior, in which case EASE Community reserves the right to remove me from the Live Event without warning or refund.

6.3. Force Majeure - I understand that EASE Community may be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside its control that materially affects the Services provided in this Agreement, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, invasion, embargo, or other hostilities, or any hazardous situation such as a riot, disorder, pandemic or epidemic, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism. In such an event, EASE Community will make a reasonable effort to reschedule the Live Event.

Section 7: No Guarantees
I understand that EASE Community cannot guarantee any specific outcome as a result of attending the Live Event. I acknowledge that outcomes are based on subjective factors, including my participation, that cannot be controlled by EASE Community. Any testimonials or reviews shared by EASE Community are not a representation of guaranteed results, only possible results. My not achieving my desired results is not grounds for a refund.

Section 8: Health & Wellness Disclaimer
I understand that the EASE Retreat includes spa services and wellness activities. I am responsible for consulting with my healthcare provider regarding my suitability to participate in such activities and for any medical conditions I may have. I voluntarily participate in all activities at my own discretion and assume all risks associated with my health and well-being during the retreat.

Section 9: Code of Conduct & Spa Rules
I agree to adhere to all rules, policies, and codes of conduct established by St. Anne’s Spa during my stay. I understand that these rules are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests. I will review St. Anne’s Spa’s policies in advance of my arrival (link: https://www.steannes.com/terms-conditions/). I acknowledge that failure to follow the spa’s rules may impact my ability to remain on the property, participate in the program, and could affect EASE Community’s ability to continue hosting events at this location. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior towards other attendees, EASE Community representatives, or spa staff may result in immediate removal from the retreat and program without refund.
Section 10: Confidentiality
10.1. Attendee InformationI understand that any and all my information and data of a confidential nature, including but not limited to personal information and payment information, shall be treated by EASE Community in the strictest confidence and not disclosed to third parties or used by EASE Community for any purpose other than for providing me with the services specified here and processing payment(s), other than to comply with law.

10.2. EASE Community InformationI agree to keep confidential any Confidential Information shared by EASE Community in the Live Event. Any Confidential Information shared by EASE Community, it's employees or contractors is confidential, proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to EASE Community. I agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, or otherwise. I agree not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other participants during the Live Event.

10.3. Non-Disparagement I shall, during and after my participation in the Live Event, refrain from making any statements or comments of a defamatory or disparaging nature to any third-party regarding EASE Community, or any of EASE Community’s officers, directors, employees, personnel, agents, policies, services or products, other than to comply with law. This provision in no way restricts my ability to communicate reviews or performance assessments about EASE Community’s goods or services.

10.4. Violations of Confidentiality I agree that if I violate or display any likelihood of violating this Section 10, EASE Community will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such confidentiality violations to protect against the harm of such violations. Any breach of this clause is grounds for immediate removal from the Live Event.

10.5. Attendee FeaturesI consent to my likeness being captured via photo and video during the retreat and authorize the visual content to be used for commercial purposes on EASE Community’s website, social media platforms, etc., unless otherwise agreed to by me.EASE Community agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential Attendee information. Features which do not name or identify me directly will not require prior authorization.

Section 11: Independent Contractors
I understand that this Agreement shall not render EASE Community an employee, partner, agent of, or joint venturer with me for any purpose. EASE Community is and will remain an independent contractor and service provider in its relationship to me.EASE Community shall retain sole and absolute discretion in the manner and means of carrying out the activities and responsibilities under this Agreement.

Section 12: Intellectual Property Ownership
I agree that the Live Event contains proprietary intellectual property belonging to EASE Community. I agree not to infringe upon EASE Community’s intellectual property rights. All materials provided to me during the retreat are for my personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without the express written consent of EASE Community.

Section 13: Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the EASE Retreat involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, spa services, wellness activities, and group interactions. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that EASE Community, its officers, agents, employees, and ambassadors shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss I may suffer in connection with my participation in the retreat.

Section 14: Limitation of Liability
I understand that participation in the EASE Retreat involves certain risks and I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue EASE Community, its officers, agents, employees, and ambassadors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of EASE Community or otherwise, while participating in the retreat.

Section 15: Right to Make Changes
I understand that EASE Community reserves the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, facilitators, activities, or any other aspect of the program as needed, due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements, or to enhance the overall retreat experience. EASE Community will not be liable for any such changes.

Section 16: Governing Law
I agree that this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and where applicable, the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Section 17: Entire Agreement

I understand that this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between myself and EASE Community regarding the EASE Retreat, and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written. By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this EASE Retreat Participant Agreement.
