PROCESS: After submitting this form you will be contacted in 24/48 hours with a few design ideas for you to look over and to be sure all information provided was recieved correctly. After your consultation with us and the digital build is agreed upon, the order made will be processed within 3-5 business days. When the physical and digital product is complete we will reach out again to find a good day/time to deliver your items!

PAYMENT: You will NOT be asked for payment until after the consulataion and agreed digital card build, we ask that after consultation and agreed project build that you pay at least HALF of the ammount for your product upfront and the other half the day of delivery. Unless you want to pay in full, thats cool with us too.

LOSS PROTECTION : It happens, we all lose things from time to time, if your product is lost or stolen email us as soon as possible and we will make a copy on our end to attach to a new URL so that the item that was lost/stolen will show up BLANK if tapped because the old URL will be a link that no longer exists. but no worries we got you! Your digital business card will stay in tact, it will just live under a DIFFERENT URL and be installed on your replacement item. As for the replacement? The first time it is lost/stolen we will remake and deliver the item for FREE. The second time? welllll you will have to pay full price for the item again cuz thats just how the cookie crumbles.
