Juniors and Young Riders are required to wear helmets!

An AERC Junior rider is under the age of 16 as of December 1, 2024.

A AERC Young Rider is a rider between 16 and 21 years of age as of December 1, 2024.

Riders under age 18 as of January 1, 2025 receive free ride entries, thanks to the Ride Manager and the Mary & Anna Memorial Youth Fund

With Sanoma Blakeley
This year's Night Riding clinician is the Northwest’s very own Sanoma Blakeley, with about 4500 endurance miles and eight 100-mile completions (so far!)! She placed 4th in the Tevis in 2023 and placed 1st in the Tevis in 2019, becoming the youngest female Tevis Cup champion! Sanoma is a mentor, educator and author.

Sanoma is the Night Riding Clinician at 10AM Saturday, and has volunteered to be a Trail Angel during the night ride and she will start the Sunday morning ceremony with a post-ride checkin!

Intro Ride is $45.
Early Bird Ride Fee for 25 or 50 mile ride is $130.
Early Bird Ride Entry fee for 100 mile ride is $230.

After June 20, early bird flies away and there will be a one-time $30 late fee (not applicable to Intro Ride, only applies to competitive entries).

After June 30, pay for ride entries at camp, please do not mail.

If you are riding the 25-, 50- or 100-mile ride and are not an current AERC member, there is an additional $20/event fee charged by AERC.

Early Bird Ride Entries must be submitted and $20 deposit received on or before June 20th. After the early bird flies away, there is a one-time $30 fee.

Trail Angels receive a free ride entry. Trail Angels are selected by Ride Management. If Trail Angels are doing a competitive ride and are not an AERC member, they will be responsible for the AERC fee.
